- In some remote or interior locations, delivery may take slightly longer depending on courier availability.
- During festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen events (e.g., natural calamities, strikes), there may be slight delays. We will keep you informed in such cases.
3. Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on most products unless mentioned otherwise at checkout.
- Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
4. Delivery Partners
- We work with trusted logistics partners (e.g., Delhivery One etc.) to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Tracking details will be shared with you via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
5. Address & Delivery Attempts
- Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order.
- If the package is undelivered due to incorrect address or unavailability, it may be returned to us. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
6. Damaged or Delayed Deliveries
- Skillmantras will cover for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive the parcel in damaged condition we would require you to take pictures/videos of the damaged parcel while unboxing and share with us after which we will ship a replacement again to you.
- In case of delays beyond 10 working days, kindly contact our support team with your order number for assistance.
