Return & Refund Policy
All products purchased on https://skillmantras.com/ can be returned or replaced within 3 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in new and unused condition with no scratches, marks, or blemishes and must be returned in its original packaging to ensure full credit.
Note-
Orders cannot be refunded or replaced if more than 3 days have passed since delivery.
To request a refund or replacement, email contact@skillmantras.com with your order ID.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will verify its condition before approving and processing the refund.
Skillmantras will cover for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive the parcel in damaged condition we would require you to take pictures/videos of the damaged parcel while unboxing and share with us after which we will ship a replacement again to you.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests can be made anytime before the order is shipped.

While requesting a cancellation, please provide your order ID and use your registered email ID or mobile number for faster processing.
Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 3 to 4 working days to your original payment method.
